Vegan Chocolate Banana Bread

Banana bread is a staple in my house and over the years I have experimented with different variations to create the ultimate banana bread flavours. Here is my recipe for a rich double chocolate banana bread that is quickly becoming my new favourite banana bread recipe to bake!

Vegan Chocolate Banana Bread

In my house, I bake at least one batch of banana bread every week (yes you read that right)! After years of experimenting with different variations, of course I had to develop a recipe which involves lots of chocolate. Like my classic banana bread, this recipe is really simple and uses only one bowl. The result is the most moist and chocolatey banana bread, and after tasting you'll purposefully wait for your bananas to ripen so you can make it again and again.

There are so many ways to use overly ripe bananas, and banana bread is just the start. If you haven't already done so, you should check out my recipe for a classic vegan banana bread, other ways I love to use bananas include banana pancakes for the perfect start to the day, or if you freeze your bananas they can be used to make a delicious smoothie bowl.
